There seemed to be a problem when I didn't extract it to a new folder, so make sure you do that new folder part, because that is what made the difference for me. I will make this a descriptive and as step-by-step as I can. This process worked for me and it should work for you...
To start off make sure that you have winrar which you can download at http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm I used the 64 bit one which is the second one, but depending on your computer it may need a different one. Once you have winrar (the right version), go to http://uppit.com/v/1RPF3EE5 which is the link to download the client. Wait the 5 seconds. Then Click here to download file When you click it, it should open a box saying do you want to save or open this file? Open with winrar.
Name should be purerscape_client.rar type should be Winrar archive. Instead of clicking save I open it at that screen.
Make a new folder on your desktop. (Right click on your desktop->new>Folder) Once it's done downloading, you see those 2 files, just highlight all of them then click extract to and click the new folder. Once it has extracted them into that new folder on your desktop, open up that new folder and there should be purerscape client folder. Go into that and click high detail In the upper left corner, of the window that pops up, you should see a button called files. Usually monday-thursday, I can turn the server on at 5 p.m. my time zone. On friday I will be able to turn it on around 3 p.m. my time. On weekends I will turn it on when I wakeup which maybe around 8:00 a.m.
Today I will get out of school early so I can turn the server on at noon.
